Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food prep
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure food quality and consistency
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food prep areas
- Help receive and store food supplies properly
- Work collaboratively with team members to support kitchen operations
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest questions and concerns
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Must have weekend availability)

- Customer service experience
- Banquet or event support
- Basic cooking skills
- Bussing and dishwashing experience
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
