Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity to reach your true earning potential. With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $110,000 - $225,000 in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!!! Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
- Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
- Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.
Who You Are:

- Passionate about selling.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.
- Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2 hour radius from your home.
- Self-motivated, detailed, and organized.
- Enjoy working as a 1099 employee to maximize your earning potential.
- The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.
- Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
- The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
Schedule:
- Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm Monday - Friday, and 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturdays, reps typically run appointments every other Saturday.
- Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 500-1000 miles a week.
