Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment and machinery on construction sites. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Laborer/Operator will contribute to various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as bobcat & excavator.
- Perform digging and building tasks as required on construction sites.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects according to specifications and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment and working on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Ability to dig, build, and perform general labor tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required based on job site needs.
