Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a willingness to learn new skills. This role is essential for supporting our projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to high standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in diverse environments and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including but not limited to roof installation, hardscape projects, and concrete forming.
- Perform concrete finishing and tile laying as required by project specifications.
- Support remodeling efforts by preparing sites, moving materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Engage in construction management activities by maintaining organization on job sites.
- Execute glass installation and construction painting tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with skills such as roof installation, hardscape work, concrete forming, concrete finishing, tile laying, remodeling, welding, glass installation, and construction painting is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site requirements.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
