Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks performing job duties for a blacktopping coating business, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals.
Duties
- Perform labor to prepare job site including sweeping, and spraying while working outside.
- Assist in heavy lifting and transporting of goods, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
- May drive company equipment so clean MVR is required.
- Support heavy equipment operation as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
Experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift and be on your feet.
- Strong teamwork skills with an emphasis on communication and collaboration.
