Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, and repair of structures or equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or materials to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude at work.
