Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Crew Leader/Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of construction practices and procedures.
Duties
- Ensure crew has all that it needs for daily activities
- Manage daily operations on the job site, coordinating activities between subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
- Utilize Dynascape for project management tasks including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols on-site.
- Build strong relationships with clients, team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using tools such as laser level, skid steer and excavator operation, as well as other various tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including Bluebeam.
- Excellent budgeting skills with a focus on cost control and resource allocation.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $33.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
