Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks, including tree care, lawn care, and garden maintenance. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising crew members, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians in daily operations.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, garden upkeep, and groundskeeping activities.
- Ensure proper tree care practices are followed for health and aesthetics.
- Train team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Plan and execute landscape installation projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of tree care practices, lawn care techniques, and general landscaping principles.
- Experience in supervising crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A background in groundskeeping or landscape construction is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
