Your Role
As a Landscape Install Foreman, you'll lead on-site operations for installation jobs, managing crew members and executing detailed plans with confidence. This role requires expertise, independence, and a collaborative spirit. You'll be expected to take initiative, work efficiently, and elevate those around you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the installation of patios, retaining walls, plantings, and other landscape features
Direct and mentor crew members, maintaining high morale and a positive work environment
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily schedules to maximize efficiency
Ensure job quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on every project
Monitor and maintain budgeted hours, looking for ways to improve productivity
Operate machinery and tools safely, including skid steers, mini excavators, etc.
Perform snow removal duties during winter months
Seek ongoing learning and certifications in landscaping practices and equipment
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in landscaping or equivalent field experience with advanced skills in both hardscape and softscape
Proven ability to lead and organize a team on-site with minimal supervision
Strong planning and communication skills
Class A CDL license required; other machinery or specialty certifications are a plus
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to company culture
Recommended for advancement by prior supervisors or references
Commitment to safety, efficiency, and continued professional development
