Your Role
As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping outdoor spaces in top shape throughout the growing season. You'll perform routine lawn care, trimming, and site upkeep, and you'll also play a key role in keeping our equipment clean and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general maintenance in and around existing landscape beds
Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently
Complete weekly equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
Follow directions and safety guidelines on every job site
Communicate clearly with team leads and contribute to a positive team culture
Stay dependable throughout the seasonshowing up on time, ready to work
Participate in snow removal operations during winter months (plowing, shoveling, etc.)
Qualifications & Skills
Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance throughout the season
Willingness to learn new landscaping and maintenance skills
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of outdoor conditions
Any necessary licenses or certifications must be acquired before progressing to the next tier
Positive, respectful attitude and a willingness to take feedback and improve
Experience with landscaping or lawn care is a plus, but not requiredwe'll train the right person
