We are seeking a dedicated and skilled landscape maintenance General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in various landscaping tasks. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring that they are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The Landscape Technician will work with a variety of tools and equipment, contributing to the overall success of our landscaping projects.
This is a full-time job and will include managing employees, taking care of customers, solving problems, and answering to the business owner. We have been in business for almost 27 years and specialize in 4 season services, including lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and more. Duties
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping duties.

- Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as needed.
- Assist in hardscape installation such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Engage in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular maintenance.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping and winter maintenance as well as supervisory /management skills
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, gardening techniques, and tree care principles.
- Ability to operate various power tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes related to landscaping projects is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
