Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves various tasks related to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and trees. The Landscape Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that all landscaping projects meet our high standards of quality.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping activities.
- Assist in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
- Provide tree care services including tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use.
- Collaborate with team members on larger landscaping projects to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify any issues or areas needing attention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of tree care practices including tree trimming techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
