What You'll be Working On:
You will be working at customers' homes installing and maintaining landscape projects as part of one of our landscape teams. You will be taught the proper methods and techniques of landscape installation. You will be working hands on with plants, pavers, and commonly used landscape equipment.
Who we are looking for:
Someone who is eager to learn the ropes of landscape installation and maintenance. Someone who wants to use the experiences and knowledge they learn here to go on to bigger and better positions in our company. We also want someone who is reliable and trustworthy. You must be very proactive in completing tasks that are directed to you throughout the day. And when not being directly instructed, you must be actively looking for other tasks to complete in order to finish the days assigned work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation duties, such as pruning and trimming of landscape plants, tree and shrub installation, bed edging and mulch installation, property cleanups.
- Operate a variety of professional equipment and tools including but not limited to skid-steers, bed edger’s, blowers, dump trucks, chainsaws, line trimmers, and gas-powered shears.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Display a strong work ethic, think creatively, and manage time and projects efficiently and safely.
- Work as part of a team and take direction
Skills / Requirements
- No Experience Required, we will teach you everything you need to know
- Valid Drivers License and Excellent Driving Record
- Ability To Work As a Team To Complete Landscape Projects
- Ability To Pass Background Check And Drug Screen
- Hours are M-F 7am - 5pm, Saturday 8am-1pm
What We Are Offering
- Pay will be $16 an hour plus overtime increasing with experience
- Weekly Pay
- Fall & Winter Work Doing Leaf Collections & Snow Removal
