We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including laundering, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas. The Attendant will be expected to provide exceptional hospitality while managing tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Launder and maintain linens, towels, and other items as required.
- Operate dry cleaning equipment and ensure proper handling of garments.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, ensuring a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and requests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register.
- Perform basic math calculations for billing and inventory purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective guest interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
