This person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the laundromat, and providing assistance to customers with their laundry needs.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers with their laundry needs
Operating washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment
Folding and bagging clean laundry
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundromat
Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Keeping track of inventory and placing orders as needed
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and its maintenance
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
High school diploma or equivalent
