We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance. This role involves working outdoors to ensure the health and aesthetics of various landscapes, including residential and commercial properties. The Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining landscapes.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Conduct tree care activities including pruning and health assessments.
- Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
- Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues that require attention or treatment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and tree care practices is advantageous.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
