Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors, providing high-quality lawn care services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and attention to detail.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris from lawns and hardscape areas.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various lawn care tasks.
- Assist in the flower bed installations with mulch, rock, or pinestraw
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and basic mechanical repairs as needed.
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools safely.
- Familiarity with various landscaping techniques including mowing, hardscaping, and garden installation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
