What You'll Do
- Apply professional lawn care services such as fertilization, weed control, pest control, and aeration
- Safely operate company vehicles and lawn care equipment
- Identify and assess lawn issues, providing appropriate solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
- Maintain accurate service records and complete necessary paperwork
- Work independently while being supported by a reliable team
What a Day Looks Like
Your day starts by loading your truck with supplies and reviewing your schedule. You’ll service lawns, apply treatments, and engage with customers to answer questions or make recommendations. You'll return to the shop at the end of the day with a sense of accomplishment and pride in the work you’ve done.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to receive feedback and grow in the role
