We are a growing lawn and landscape maintenance company in Claypool, IN. We are looking for team members to help us grow our company, and grow themselves within our company. This position is crew member position offering $17-20 per hour, depending on experience. However, as we grow, we are looking to promote the right people within our team. Winter employment is avalible for the right team members. Overview
This team member will join a crew that is responsible for primarily mowing and landscape maintenance services. This crew member will also perform spring and fall services. Winter employment is avalible for the right crew members.
Job Requirements
- Drivers License
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the day
- Ability to work through summer/ fall heat and other weather conditions
- Ability to work 8-9 hours per day
- Available for overtime work
Ability to operate a vehicle towing a trailer, mechanical skills, leadership experience, and other landscape maintenance skills are a plus.
Pay/Compensation/Benefits
- Pay: $17.00-20.00 per hour (pay varies based on experience)
- Holiday/ performance bonuses available
- Pay raises awarded to those with excellent performance
