Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring the overall aesthetic and functional quality of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to effectively manage landscaping, lawn maintenance, and tree care tasks, utilizing zero turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, trimmers, edgers and various other tools.
Duties
- Maintain the landscape by performing regular groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Provide tree care services, including tree trimming and removal when necessary.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for various maintenance tasks.
- Dig holes for planting or other landscaping needs
- Regularly inspect grounds for maintenance needs and report any issues to management.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example
Skills
- Proficient in groundskeeping techniques and practices and/or the ability to learn.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various hand tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
