Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and a strong understanding of lawn care techniques. This role involves working outdoors, utilizing both hand and power tools, and performing various tasks to ensure the health and aesthetics of our clients' lawns and gardens.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and irrigating to promote healthy growth.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain the shape and health of trees and shrubs.
- Assist with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to clear driveways and pathways.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and minor repairs.
- Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for maintaining tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
