The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Lead Advisor who brings deep experience, market insight, and a passion for client relationships. You’ll be a key member of our team, guiding clients through retirement planning, investment strategy, and wealth management. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment and wants to be part of a growing, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advisor for client relationships
- Lead planning conversations and coordinate strategy with internal support teams
- Provide financial planning guidance with a strong skillset of building relationships
- Work closely with other advisors to build consistency and scale across the firm
- Help identify growth opportunities through referrals and client service excellence
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role
- Must hold a Series 65 license
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering client-first service
- A growth mindset that welcomes coaching and accountability
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments|
- In-depth knowledge of investment strategies, market dynamics, and retirement planning
- Must be able to work on-site at our New Jersey office
