Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, treatment planning)
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and support RBTs with direct and indirect hours
- Monitor client progress and update goals as needed
- Collaborate with families to support generalization of skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
