Role: Lead Installer - Cabinets
Salary range: $30-35 hour
Required experience: 5 years installation, 1 year as crew lead
Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday
We are a small business seeking a Lead Installer for Cabinets. This role will work in conjunction with our installation team. Approximately 5 years of experience, with at least 1 year as crew lead, is required. Because this role will be one of the final points of contact with our customers, attention to detail and verbal communication skills are important.
Installations take place throughout Chicagoland during business hours. Valid driver’s license is required. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be needed, with paid overtime.
Required skills:
- Approximately 5 years experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent professional judgment
- Customer service skills
Preferred but not required:
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, or Ukrainian
