Description
Coordinates Work Requests and assigns activities to Department Maintenance personnel. Schedules maintenance, construction, and repair activities of buildings, grounds, and utilities. Performs all tasks same as the Facilities Technician duties and ensures compliance and smooth workflow to completion of all jobs. Provides staff training and guidance of department routines and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- 7 years Commercial or Industrial maintenance and repair experience (such as Hospital, Hotel, High Rise Buildings)
Preferred Qualifications:
- College Level Vocational Certificate or Degree (related to commercial building maintenance and repair)
- Supervisory experience
