Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and confident Lead Generation Specialist to join our high-energy sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our Sales Consultants. This is a critical front-line position that helps fuel our growth by filling the pipeline with high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners or businesses using call lists and CRM systems.
- Introduce our services in a clear, professional, and compelling manner.
- Ask qualifying questions to determine interest and fit.
- Schedule appointments for our field sales team.
- Maintain accurate notes and statuses in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle objections with professionalism and persistence.
- Stay informed about company offerings and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or phone-based customer outreach preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, upbeat phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and gain trust over the phone.
- Organized and comfortable using CRM software and call tools.
- Driven, coachable, and results-oriented.
