We’re hiring Lead Generators/Surveyors who enjoy engaging with people, working independently, and take pride in their integrity and work ethic.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and engage Home Depot customers in a professional and approachable manner
- Conduct a brief 7-question water quality survey
- Answer general questions and direct customers to the next steps
- Accurately record and submit survey responses to management
- Manage your materials and maintain reliable performance records
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
- High level of integrity – honest, trustworthy, and dependable
- Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
- Physically able to stand and walk for 4+ hours
- Must pass a background check
