Position Title: Holiday Lighting Installation Technician - LEAD INSTALLATION MANAGER

Location: Clarksville, TN (and surrounding areas)

Job Type: Seasonal/Part-Time/Full-Time

Salary: $25-$40/Hour

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Holiday Lighting Installation Technician (SUPERVISOR) to join our team for the festive season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple crews (2-3 Technicians/Crew) who are installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting and decorations for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a passion for creating beautiful and safe holiday displays, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions.

NOTE: This is a supervisory position - must be passionate leading teams to hit productivity and efficiency metrics of Holiday Lighting Installation; Prior management experience in the home services industry is preferred (Roofing, Solar Installation etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures each installation is completed on time, on budget, and most importantly SAFELY.


  • Install holiday lighting and decorations on roofs, trees, shrubs, and other structures.

  • Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to reach high places.


  • Ensure all electrical connections are safe and meet industry standards.


  • Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues as they arise.


  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


  • Remove and properly store holiday lighting and decorations at the end of the season.


  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.


  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.


  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.


  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Previous supervisory experience in lighting installation, electrical work, or related field preferred.


  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.


  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).


  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


  • Strong communication and customer service skills.


  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season.
