Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Instructors and Assistant Instructors to join our educational team. The Lead Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality instructional programs that engage students and foster a positive learning environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate students, and a commitment to educational excellence.
Duties
- Develop and comprehensive lesson plans that align with our child-led philosophy.
- Facilitate engaging class discussions and activities that promote critical thinking.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance instructional strategies.
- Stay current and integrate innovative teaching techniques into the curriculum.
Requirements
- For lead instructors, proven experience in teaching or instructional roles.
- Already graduated and ready to dedicate to joining the team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in ChatGPT and technologically capable.
