Hollywood Commercial and Residential property management company is looking to hire a Lead Maintenance Technician. This individual should have their own truck, some tools and be skilled in general maintenance including repairs of plumbing, some air conditioning, carpentry, some electrical, and painting. The position requires maintaining commercial and residential properties, remodeling apartments, working with vendors, picking up supplies, and responding to maintenance requests.
We are property owners that manage our own buildings. The ideal person will be our eyes and ears around the properties, interact with tenants and subcontractors, and work with other employees in the field. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday in Hollywood.
