Role Requirements:
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture up and down stairs.
- Excellent physical condition for demanding tasks.
- Professional and positive interaction with customers.
- Must be 21+, possess a valid driver's license, and can drive a 26 FT box truck.
- Able to pass a DOT Physical and a background check.
- Reliable transportation required.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean-cut, athletic appearance.
Compensation Details:
- Starting Rate: $20/hr for all new employees.
- Post-30 Days: Movers at $21/hr, Drivers at $23/hr (21+ years with a valid license), and Trainers at $25/hr.
- Performance Rewards: Stand out and earn up to an additional $2-$4/HR, plus the chance for monthly bonuses based on your own individual performance.
