Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate church events, ensuring they align with the mission and values of the congregation.
- Lead worship services, including prayer, music selection, and scripture readings.
- Mentor church leaders and volunteers, fostering their personal growth and spiritual development.
- Communicate effectively with church members through various channels, including meetings, newsletters, and social media.
- Manage conflicts within the congregation with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other community leaders to promote outreach programs that benefit the local area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in public speaking with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
- Strong crisis management skills to handle sensitive situations with care.
- Excellent writing skills for creating sermons, newsletters, and educational materials.
