Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily departmental responsibilities. This role involves ensuring team members receive and execute instructions promptly and accurately, monitoring equipment functionality, and maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with Tyson policies and procedures.
- Assist the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the Debone department.
- Set up the department and ensure USDA, production, and HACCP requirements are met.
- Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance.
- Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism.
- Maintain general housekeeping and wash down at breaks.
- Act as the Supervisor in their absence.
Compensation:
- $18.40/hr with an additional $1.00 shift increase for 2nd Shift.
