Position Overview:
Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operations of thigh operation.
Primary tasks include department set-up; ensure USDA, production, SSOP and HACCP requirements are met in thigh area. Assist supervisor with Grade related issues by monitoring Grading Service checks and communicating errors to appropriate line personnel. Make decisions on staffing assignments based upon product flow, product mix and attendance. Other responsibilities include relieving line personnel as needed, fill-in for absenteeism as necessary, wash down at breaks, and insure general housekeeping. Fill in for Supervisor in their absence.
This position pays $18.40/hr with a $1.00 shift increase for 2nd Shift.

Requirements:
The applicant must have at least six months work experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
