Position: Lead Physical Therapy Aide
Availability Required: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Work location: in person
Main qualifications required:
- At least 2 years experience as a PT Aide
- Extraverted and positive personality
- Must have strong organization skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Hire, Train and Manage the Aide team among 4 different clinic locations
- Work primarily out of the Irvine clinic.
- Jump in as an aide whenever needed. Look for the need, and fill it.
- Keep a close eye on the lobby and take care of patients checking in and other people looking confused in the lobby whenever needed. This is where your extraverted personality is needed most. We just converted to kiosks and remote front desk people, and so we want a person monitoring the front desk area to solve any potential issues as they arise.
- Actively develop working relationships with patients at the clinic and get them scheduled for free fitness consulations with our Director of Fitness
- Order physical therapy supplies as needed
- Work with management to ensure smooth clinic operations
