Small family run burger place opening a 2nd location seeking a reliable and trustworthy lead server to help manage the front of the house. Open 7 days a week and hours of operation are 10:30am-9:00pm. Experienced required. Lead server will mainly serve customers but will have some important responsibilities such as create bi weekly schedule for about 3 other staff members, place coke order, organize and keep track of supplies needed pertaining to front of the house. Looking for team player seeking longevity and that wants to work in a fun environment. Lead server will be able to generally make their own schedule as long as all the shifts are covered. Lead server should be upbeat with a great personality and have the desire to help this business grow. Being good with customers is a must.

Pay: $20.47 - $24.66 per hour
