Help maintain operating inventory of all chemicals used on dishes, floors, sanitizer, china, glass, silverware, etc. Responsible for all cleanliness, sanitation and organization for all areas within scope of responsibility. Maintain organization and proper storage of all items used in food and beverage operation Assign tasks and ensure staff members are performing their duties according to our standards. Wash pots, pans, trays, utensils, and dishes by hand and/or place them in racks on conveyor to dishwashing machine. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, sweep and mop floors, wash work tables, walls, remove trash, grease, and clean cans. Report any maintenance issues or defective equipment to management immediately. Check-in stock and store it. Stock plates and pans on line. Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments. Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests. Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
Previous Steward experience preferred.
Full-time: Schedule varies; to include nights, weekends & holidays
Starts at $14.00/hr (+ $1.50 per company guidelines) & 40 hours of PTO
