JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Training Administrator provides training support for the Engineer Link Interactive (ENGLink) system, an enterprise-wide web-based application. ENGLink facilitates real-time tracking of personnel, events, and team readiness during emergency response and recovery operations. The Lead Training Administrator is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing training programs for USACE ENGLink System.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop, design, and implement training programs tailored to the ENGLink system and its users.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, tutorials, worksheets and other resources.
- Coordinate and manage training sessions, including scheduling, classroom setup, and providing necessary materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training participants, attendance, and completion of training modules.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to employees who have questions or need assistance with the system after training.
- Keep abreast of new system features, updates, and best practices in training and development.
- Work with other teams, such as IT, to ensure that training aligns with system updates and changes.
- Performs additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned.
