We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. This position is ideal for someone passionate about talent development, organizational growth, and leadership training. As a Leadership Development Associate, you will support the design and delivery of training programs, assist in talent evaluation, and contribute to strategic leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programs
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching opportunities
Collaborate with department heads to assess leadership needs across the organization
Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Coordinate leadership assessments and feedback tools
Support succession planning and career development initiatives
Maintain training materials and documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness
Passion for developing others and promoting a culture of continuous learning
