The Associate will play a key role in supporting leadership programs, assisting in training initiatives, and working alongside senior leaders to ensure the success of our development strategies.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs and training sessions.
Conduct research and provide insights on leadership best practices and industry trends.
Support the creation of training materials, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership needs and opportunities.
Track program effectiveness and prepare reports for management review.
Provide administrative support for leadership events and learning sessions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in leadership development, training, or organizational growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in training, HR, or leadership programs is a plus but not required.
