The Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Group in the Dallas office has an immediate need for a Legal Assistant. The individual in this position provides support to a busy commercial real estate practice in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a law firm. Prior transactional experience is required; prior experience in commercial real estate is preferred. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, styles, redlining, and Adobe. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Exceptional organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle and maintain simultaneous, detail-oriented tasks efficiently. Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and possess a high degree of professionalism and dedication.
