LEGAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR I

State Fund has openings for a Legal Support Supervisor I position, one in the Redding/Rohnert Park Legal Offices, and the other in the Glendale Legal office for the Marina Del Rey 1 & 2 Legal Units. The Legal Support Supervisors will be responsible for the Legal Operations support teams performing supervisory, administrative, clerical, computer related and secretarial duties to maintain the clerical and secretarial support functions of the Legal department. There will be occasional travel to various work sites and locations for trainings and/or meetings.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work/telework.

The incumbents will report to the Legal Operations Regional Assistant Chief Counsel.

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance and communication availability during working hours.

Position can be filled in: Kern, Fresno, Los Angeles, Ventura, Alameda, Shasta, Sonoma, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, Orange, and San Joaquin county.

Working Conditions

Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.
