We love what we do, and we love the people we serve. Our vision is to see our clients thrive and to help the world become a better place.
Join Sterling Ideas IT as a Jr. Service Delivery Engineer (Level I Tech)
We are a growing organization seeking a Level I Technician to join the Sterling Ideas team and help us fulfill our mission and vision. We’re looking for someone of strong character who values honesty, hard work, respect, and service to others. This full-time position is based in our Tampa Bay office and requires regular onsite visits to client locations across Central Florida.
A Note About Career Paths
This position is not a cybersecurity role. While cybersecurity is part of what Sterling Ideas provides, this Level I role is not the right path for those whose primary career goal is to pivot into cybersecurity. The day-to-day responsibilities of this position are centered on IT support, client service, troubleshooting, and onsite visits. If your passion is client-facing IT support and service delivery, this may be a great fit. If your goal is cybersecurity, we want to save you (and us) the frustration—please do not apply.
