OnTECH Charter High School is seeking a passionate Literacy Specialist to develop curriculum and lead literacy interventions for grades 9-12 during the 2025-2026 school year. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Literacy Skills
- Develop whole-school literacy approach to curriculum
- Support students' social-emotional development and individual learning needs, including those with IEP and 504 plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
Job Requirements:
- Teaching Certification required.
- Experience with Project-Based Learning (PBL) and nontraditional education preferred.
