The firm specializes in civil defense litigation, with practice areas that include insurance defense, construction law, employment law, and bodily injury defense. Position Overview:
The firm is looking for a skilled Civil Defense Litigation Attorney to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Insurance Defense
- Construction Litigation
- Employment Law
- Bodily Injury Defense
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to handle complex and impactful cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense, construction, employment law, or bodily injury defense.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and responsiveness.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
