Looking to fill this position immediately. Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license, high school diploma and an eligible level 2 background screening.

- Assist with meal prepping
- Encourage consumer to be productive and complete her ADLs
- Assist the consumer in staying active and productive on a daily basis
