A family in Aspen, CO, is seeking a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented Live-in Housekeeper to maintain their residence to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and functionality. This role includes a full live-in suite provided on-site and requires flexibility to accommodate the family’s schedule and needs. The Housekeeper will work collaboratively with a part-time remote Personal Assistant to ensure seamless household operations, demonstrating discretion and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Housekeeping Duties: Perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the Aspen residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, ironing, and deep cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens to maintain a pristine environment.
- Household Organization: Manage inventory of household supplies, restock as needed, and organize closets, pantries, and storage areas to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
- Coordination with Staff: Collaborate with the part-time remote Personal Assistant to support household operations, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits for the Aspen residence.
- Guest Preparation: Prepare guest rooms and common areas for family members or visitors, ensuring a welcoming and polished environment.
- Pet Care Support: Assist with light care for the family’s Labradoodle, such as feeding, walking, or coordinating grooming and veterinary appointments as needed.
- Meal Preparation Support: Occasionally assist with healthy meal preparation.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality regarding the family’s personal and household matters.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide flexible support for additional household tasks as directed by the family or Personal Assistant, adapting to dynamic needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, ideally in a high-net-worth household.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized home.
- Commitment to a healthy lifestyle, including habits such as balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, or mindfulness practices.
- Comfortable with pet care, specifically for a Labradoodle (e.g., feeding, walking, or coordinating appointments).
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on the family’s schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to run occasional errands in Aspen are preferred.
