Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Loan officer & Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in the real estate market, along with your negotiation skills, will help clients make informed decisions while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights into current market trends.
- Facilitate mortgage servicing processes and assist clients in understanding financing options related to their transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements throughout all transactions.
- Collaborate with escrow companies to manage the closing process effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of underwriting guidelines, FNMA standards, and other relevant industry practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and other real estate professionals to enhance business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing practices and TILA regulations is a plus.
- Knowledge of escrow processes and Fair Housing regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
