Overview:

Calling all car enthusiasts and customer wranglers! Do you crave a dynamic job where you can become the ultimate keymaster and ensure smooth sailing for our service department? Then this is the ride for you!

Buckle Up for these Adventures:

  • Loaner Liaison: Greet customers with a smile and get their loaner car rolling. Assist them with meeting their service advisor for a smooth checkout.
  • Paperwork Pit Stop: Make sure all agreements are signed, vehicles are inspected, and outstanding balances are charged correctly.
  • Car CSI: Be our car detective! Note any damage on loaner vehicles and track their repairs, keeping everyone informed.
  • Loaner Car Guru: Monitor our loaner fleet like a pro – track usage, average loan length, and make sure everything is running smoothly.
  • Pre-Assignment Ace: Coordinate the daily loaner car assignments like a pit crew chief. Ensure vehicles are prepped, checked, and ready for service appointments.
  • Hours of Operations: Monday- Friday: 7AM - 1PM / 1PM - 7PM and Saturday: 10AM - 3PM

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with mostly clean driving record
  • You're a people person who thrives on keeping things organized and customers smiling.
  • Attention to detail is your superpower! You don't miss a scratch or a missing document.
  • Communication is key! You can explain things clearly and listen attentively to customer needs.
  • You're a team player who can work independently and juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
  • Bonus points for previous customer service experience, but a willingness to learn is what truly matters!

DashCams
: Citrin invested in the safety of team members by implementing dashcams. The purpose of dashcams are to protect our drivers while driving and improve off-site driving behaviors. All Citrin team members are required to use dashcams while operating vehicles.
