Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Nashville location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service industry management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales goals. The Location Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the location is running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Duties
- Manage and supervise staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct interviews to recruit and hire new staff members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Develop and maintain a high level of employee morale and engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive business growth
- Manage and optimize labor schedules

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
